LAND & BUILDING

Princess Esin Women’s Educational Centre is located on a sprawling campus of 3 acres land  (11282 sq.yards)  belonging to NHWAT with a built up area of 4232 sq. yards. It has a state of art infrastructure with well ventilated spacious class rooms, fully equipped labs, audio- visual lab, well stacked library, staff rooms, common room for students, rest rooms, sick room and a canteen. An indoor multi purpose hall with a seating capacity of 500 is extensively used for various indoor activities by the students. The institution has a well furnished & equipped hostel facility for out station students. A vast expanse of outdoor space with shady trees provides a conducive environment for outdoor games and other activities.

INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITIES:
The following infrastructural facilities are provided for imparting quality education:

• Art Lab – (for demonstration of different Art & Craft activities and for the preparation of TLM)
• A fully equipped Psychology cum guidance lab (with testing material & tools for conducting personality tests on preschool children) 
• Educational Technology Lab (equipped with audio – visual aids and equipment).
• Computer lab (for orienting the trainees to the basics of computers).
• Nutrition lab (for demonstrating low cost nutritious snacks for preschool children).
• Language lab (for improving proficiency in English)
• Science lab

LIBRARY

A well stacked and well maintained library exclusively for the PPTT course is available at PEWEC. It has a commendable collection of professional books, journals and light reading material. The library has separate sections for reference, journals and reading. The details of the library are given below:

FACILITIES FOR GAMES AND SPORTS

• The Institution has a spacious play ground for outdoor games & activities for the students. Various athletic activities are also organized regularly. Large courts for playing shuttle badminton, tennicoit, basket ball and throw ball are available on the campus.
• The institution has a spacious Multipurpose hall where the various indoor activities such as indoor games, yoga and cultural events are conducted for the students.
• The institution has a vast collection of sports equipment.

OTHER FACILITIES AVAILABLE

A well furnished and equipped canteen is available on the campus to cater to the needs of the staff and students. Hygienically prepared home made snacks, beverages and a simple lunch at reasonable rates are provided in the canteen.

• A thorough medical examination of the students is conducted by a female physician at the beginning of the academic year. Necessary follow up and referrals are made for students requiring medical attention. 
• Medical & family welfare counselling  is carried out by professionals at the institution.
• A well equipped sick room with nursing services is available on the campus.
• The institution is attached to Princess Durru Shehvar General Hospital which is a sister institution. The students are referred to the hospital in the event of any medical emergency.
• A short course on First Aid  & Emergency care is organized in collaboration  with the St. John Ambulance Association for the students on the campus. This prepares the trainees to deal with the emergencies confidently  and give first aid if required.
• Fully equipped First Aid boxes are available on the campus in case of emergency.

Hostel Facilities
A fully furnished and equipped hostel is available for out station candidates on the campus.
